Like our friend the raven, many of us have a darker side to our musical meanderings (not to imply that the raven is musical, but in its own way, it is), and we will celebrate this brand of melodic melancholia, ethereal ambience, or provocative dreamy dark musicality...on Friday April 10th, 2015 in British Columbia's capital city...Featuring the dark edge of the ever-enigmatic DAVID CHENERY, the sultry soulfulness of SARAH OSBORNE, and the haunting melange of ambient sound that is JAMES KASPER & THE TRUE VYNE (featuring cellist Larry Burke, harmony vocalist Patricia Garner, and guitarist Jonny Miller).

Please join us on this special evening at Lacey-Lou Tapas Lounge Inc. in Victoria on April 10th. The ambitious new community record label Mighty Speck Records brings you...NOIR: An Evening of Decadently Dark Roots Music. Doors @ 8pm. Show @ 8:30pm. $10 @ the door. All ages.
