As part of the National Campus and Community Radio Conference programming, the Red Jam Slam will round out the week featuring local Lekwungen territory Indigenous art and entertainment. Featured are: STANDING NATION DRUM, POET LAUREATE JANET ROGERS AND HIP HOP ACT PAINT THE TOWN RED. Refreshments will be served. This is a free event.

Janet Rogers

Janet is a Mohawk/Tuscarora writer from the Six Nations band in southern Ontario. She was born in Vancouver, British Columbia and has been living on the traditional lands of the Coast Salish people (Victoria, BC) since 1994.
