The Slag is not a vitreous by-product, a Transformer, or even a British whore. It's an exciting new star in the electronic world. After being discovered by Donald Glaude just over a year ago, the Slag has gone on to have a number one single on TrackItDown, a huge number of chart toppers on Beatport, and collaborations with some of the biggest names in the industry. He's been featured in MixMag, Trashbagkids, Hypem, TrackItDown, Beatportal, Weekly Indie and Wicked Style magazine. Not to mention syndicated by IGN, voted first place in the Universal Records K-Os remix competition, and has official remixes for the likes of Metric, JELO, Paul Anthony, Soulfix, and the Dan Mangan just to name a few.
In 2011 his work caught the attention of Frederik Olufsen who made him a co-partner of his international record label 'Royal Fetish Recordings'. WIth exclusive tracks from Darth&Vader, LuckyDate, and Alex Mind; Royal Fetish Recordings has grown to become one of the top tier electronic labels in the world.

Never to be confused with the many producers who aren't sure how to DJ, the Slag has been an international performer for some time. As part of the electronic sensation D2, the Slag and JVK won numerous awards in Tokyo for their high energy performances as they toured Japan. Not only did they hold a residency at ageHa, the largest club in the country, but they were also featured prominently on iFlyer and Metropolis Magazine.

Upon returning to North America, the Slag began working on his first solo productions. At the tail end of 2010 The Slag's work caught the eye of Donald Glaude's Eden Recordings who released his first album "Blasphemy". Nearly 4 months after its release it maintained the top position on Eden's Beatport top 10 selling tracks. Following its success he continued to release a series of chart topping singles on numerous labels. Teaming up with Champion Beats near the end of 2010 saw the release of the "Midnight Express EP", which received enormous critical praise and commercial success. The music video for 'Hit The Record Button' was syndicated by IGN Entertainment, and received 12000 views in the first day alone.
Alongside Frederik Olufsen and Marc Remillard, The Slag co-hosts the Royal Fetish Recordings Radio Show on Di.FM, to a massive worldwide audience. http://www.the-slag.com http://www.soundcloud.com/djslagoff

THE ROYAL-TEASE...

Out of Duncan B.C. Evan and Justin started to DJ 4 years ago by screwing around with some old turn tables, they got their own and quickly started to learn by themselfs aswell as teach each other along the way.

After a while they started to play house parties, bush parties and raves. They started with playing electro house influenced by artists such as Justice, Daft Punk, MSTRKRFT, and many more. After a while they turned to the dark side and fell in love with dubstep. After a year or so of playing dubstep/fidget The Royal-Tease then went their separate ways.

Now a year later The Royal-Tease are back in action with a new style of banging electro and dubstep and are ready to tear the roof off anything in their path. These two guys are so energetic behind the decks they'll have you dripping in sweat and wanting more!
