HELP HAITI CONCERT FUNDRAISER - Proceeds to Red Cross: Clinton Fearon

Victorians are invited to attend and support the "Help for Haiti Fundraiser Dance" to take place on Saturday January 30th from 7pm-11:30pm at the Victoria Conference Centre.

The main show will be featuring Roots-Reggae legend Clinton Fearon and his band ( The opening act will be a presentation from Wontanara- a local high energy West African Drum and Dance Group (

A silent auction will also be part of the evening's fundraising event.

All proceeds raised will be donated directly to the Red Cross fund for Haitian Earthquake Relief and will be matched by funds from the Canadian government.

Tickets are on pre-sale for $25.00 and are available at the offices of the Inter-Cultural Association of Greater Victoria ICA (930 Balmoral Road) and at La Société Francophone de Victoria SFV (200-535 Yates Street).

Tickets will be also available at the event for a suggested donation of $25. A poster for the event is attached.
