Canada's Top Classical Guitar Quartet: The Canadian Guitar Quartet

This concert program will feature a premiere performance of Patrick Roux' newest work, the dramatic Concerto Épisodique, and Camille Saint-Saëns famous orchestral masterpiece Danse Macabre, transcribed for guitar quartet by Louis Trépanier. There will also be an enjoyable and virtuosic medley of well known folk melodies called Hoe Down, as well as selections from the CGQ's latest CD.

The Canadian Guitar Quartet (Classical guitar music)

The Canadian Guitar Quartet comprises four of Canada's finest concert guitarists: Philip Candelaria, Denis Donegani, Louis Trépanier, and Patrick Roux.
